We extend our deepest sympathies to all the victims and their families affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake of 2024. Our thoughts are with you during this challenging time, and we sincerely hope for the earliest possible restoration and recovery of the affected areas.

In addition, the Tokyo Marathon Foundation added a new initiative under the Sports Legacy Program 3: "Support for the 2024 Noto Peninsula Earthquake Disaster Recovery". Donations and charity runners were solicited for this cause. A total of ¥25,399,000 in donations was collected, which was sent in full to the disaster relief fund for the Noto Peninsula Earthquake through the Japanese Red Cross Society. The funds were distributed to the affected areas by the disaster relief distribution committee.
