Registered Runners of the Tokyo Marathon 2020 residing in People's Republic of China

The announcement made on February 14 to compensate the entry fee for the residents of the People's Republic of China to defer their entry to 2021 event has changed according to the final decision.
The Tokyo Marathon 2020 has canceled the mass race, and will only hold the race for the elites and the wheelchair elites. Therefore, the condition to defer the entry shall be equal for all registered runners.
The entry fee will be required for all runners to defer their entry to the 2021 event.
