Tokyo Marathon properties (name, photos, videos, logos, and other designs, etc.) are protected by Copyright Act, the Trademark Act, the Unfair Competition Prevention Act and other laws.
The Tokyo Marathon Foundation, the organizer of the Tokyo Marathon 2025, owns the intellectual property rights for the Properties.
The right to use them is granted only to the organizer and organizations approved by the organizer (official partners of this event, etc.) .
