Tokyo Marathon 2024 Has Successfully Ended.
We had tremendous support from runners, volunteers, the medical team, and related parties involved in the race operation to successfully organize our event.

We would also like to take this time to express our gratitude to all communities and local businesses for their support and understanding of our event despite the long traffic control.

The elite race was a fierce battle, among Japanese and international top athletes, with the ultimate winners being:
Men's Wheelchair - SUZUKI, Tomoki (JPN)
Women's Wheelchair - SCHÄR, Manuela (SUI)
Men's Marathon - KIPRUTO, Benson (KEN) *NCR
Women's Marathon - KEBEDE, Sutume Asefa (ETH) *NCR

We hope that the many of you who participated in Tokyo Marathon 2024 and other related events were able to portray TOKYO as "my favorite place".

We look forward to uniting you all again at Tokyo Marathon 2025!
